About First Light Chiropractic
& Family Wellness
Our Mission
First Light Chiropractic and Family Wellness was founded to provide thoughtful, neurologically focused chiropractic care for individuals and families seeking sustainable, whole-body health.
Dr. Lily Fackrell began her clinical practice in 2024 in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she cared for families throughout the greater Salt Lake area. In 2025, she returned to Missouri—her hometown—with a clear vision: to serve her local community with intentional, evidence-informed care that supports long-term nervous system health and family well-being.
Today, First Light Chiropractic proudly serves families across the Kansas City area, with our home base in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Dr. Lily works with individuals and families who are ready to move beyond symptom management and toward greater regulation, resilience, and adaptability. Her approach is grounded in a deep understanding of the nervous system and its role in how the body responds to stress, heals, and performs.
Through gentle chiropractic adjustments, objective neurological assessments, and personalized care plans, we help patients improve nervous system function, restore balance, and better navigate the demands of everyday life. Dr. Lily has completed additional specialized training to support pregnant and postpartum mothers, helping them navigate pregnancy, birth, and recovery with greater confidence and nervous system stability.
Our approach blends modern clinical neuroscience with time-tested chiropractic principles, allowing us to address the root causes of dysfunction rather than simply reacting to pain or symptoms.
We are honored to care for cycle-breakers—parents, children, and individuals committed to creating healthier patterns for themselves and future generations. Our goal is to help you build a body that adapts well, recovers efficiently, and supports a full, engaged life.
At First Light Chiropractic and Family Wellness, care is personal, intentional, and grounded in trust. We believe that when the nervous system is supported, the body has an incredible capacity to heal—and life can be lived with greater ease, clarity, and vitality.

Hi, I'm Dr. Lily
I’m a chiropractor specializing in nervous system–focused chiropractic care in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, serving individuals and families throughout the Kansas City area who want to feel more regulated, resilient, and at ease in their bodies.
I founded First Light Chiropractic and Family Wellness in Lee’s Summit for people who want more than short-term relief. My work is rooted in the understanding that true healing happens when we address how the nervous system responds to stress—physically, neurologically, and emotionally—and support the body’s natural ability to adapt and recover.
I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland University–Kansas City, where I developed a deep interest in the nervous system’s role in overall health, movement, and stress resilience. Since entering clinical practice, I’ve had the privilege of caring for families and individuals across the Kansas City metro area, helping patients improve function, restore balance, and feel more connected to their bodies.
My clinical training includes Upper Cervical, Thompson, Activator, Webster, and Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT). These approaches allow me to tailor each adjustment to the current state of a patient’s nervous system rather than applying a one-size-fits-all treatment model. My care adapts to what your body needs on a given day—whether you are a growing child, a pregnant or postpartum mother, an athlete in training, or someone seeking long-term nervous system regulation.
I take a holistic, evidence-informed approach to chiropractic care, recognizing how intentional living, functional movement, and nervous system regulation influence both brain and body health. My work is grounded in clinical neuroscience and chiropractic principles, with an emphasis on gentle adjustments, individualized assessment, and sustainable nervous system support.
I believe healing should feel safe, collaborative, and empowering. Our nervous systems carry the imprint of our experiences—stress, injury, growth, and recovery—and when nervous system function improves, the benefits extend beyond symptom relief into daily life, relationships, and family health.
First Light Chiropractic and Family Wellness exists to support those who are ready to break cycles, restore balance, and build a healthier foundation for the future. My goal is to walk alongside you with thoughtful care, clear communication, and respect for your body’s process—so you can move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and vitality.
I’d be honored to support you on your healing journey here in Lee’s Summit and the greater Kansas City community.
Why We Do What We Do
We believe healing one nervous system has the power to influence an entire family—and often, generations beyond it.
At First Light Chiropractic and Family Wellness, we see nervous system regulation as the foundation for lasting health. When the nervous system is supported, people don’t just experience fewer symptoms—they show up differently in their lives, their relationships, and their communities. Calm replaces reactivity. Resilience replaces burnout. Healing creates ripple effects.
Our work is rooted in supporting cycle breakers—individuals and families who are ready to move beyond reactive, symptom-driven care and toward proactive, sustainable health. Through gentle, neurologically focused chiropractic care, we help patients build awareness, restore balance, and develop a greater capacity to adapt to stress.
We believe true wellness is not about pushing harder or doing more—it’s about creating safety, stability, and clarity within the nervous system so the body can function as it was designed to. When people feel regulated, they make better decisions, move with more ease, and pass down patterns of resilience rather than pressure.
This is why we do what we do: to support people in reclaiming their health, strengthening their foundations, and creating healthier legacies—one nervous system at a time.
